The renowned Grade II-listed Fish Bar at Oakwood, Leeds, commissioned Polkadot Pictures & Framing to re-frame an architectural drawing of the exterior of the building.
Being over 30 years old, the architectural tracing paper had become fragile and was in two halves. The two pieces were secured using a conservation method so as not to damage the fragile drawing.
A silver inner mount was chosen to complement the silver in the Art Deco frontage of the building, and the mount was extended across the centre to conceal the join of the two pieces.
